He has worked abroad with reputed companies for a long period as a lead Safety Officer and started his own entrepreneurship in the field of quality education and job oriented training for all aspirants in a very legitimate price. He has felt the crisis of Fire & Safety education and resources in West Bengal and started his own venture to provide more lucrative and rewarding jobs in the same trade in India abroad inboth public or private sector.
